1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, nightwear that shows signs of use, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable

  • Items purchased during promotional or discounted sales, unless defective

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, a request must be submitted in accordance with our return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
